Give your car more lighting options with this OEM Euro switch with Aluminum Trim. This OEM headlight switch is made in Mexico for VW German. This is the switch that came factory in all European model Passat CC’s that had the Aluminum trim package. Don’t be fooled, if it is not made in Mexico it is not a true European switch for the European market.

A direct replacement for the OEM headlight switch that includes all factory positions and extra positions for: Marker Lights, Coming Home / Leaving Home, Fog Lights (if equipped), Marker lights with Fog Lights (if equipped), Rear Fog (some models may require coding)

Cars not equipped with a factory Auto switch may still use this switch, it will just default to the night setting meaning the parking lights and Low beams will always be on in the Auto setting. If you is factory equipped with an Auto switch you will also have a light sensor on the dash which will only turn on the parking lights during the day and parking/low beams at night.

MK6 vehicles are required to install a trigger wire from the headlight switch to the CECM in order for the parking lights position on the switch to function. To add this trigger wire select it from the drop down menu below.
