Product Pricing and Shipping Charges

PG Performance’s website was designed to accommodate all of its customers, throughout North America , by providing product pricing in both Canadian and USD currencies. Pricing is dependent on the current exchange rate and the customer’s country of residence. Once a week, PG Performance acts as their own broker, importing parts into Canada and exporting parts into the USA . Although eliminating brokerage fees, the cost of duty must still apply. Pricing shown on PG Performance’s website are pre-adjusted to incorporate this cost of duty. Please note, this is for ground shipments only. If you would like overnight or 3 day shipping for products not originating from your country of residence, a duty fee may be requested upon delivery. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by PG Performance will be charged to the customer. We are not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items either. Pricing or Typographical Errors

While PG Performance strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In some cases, PG Performance cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, PG Performance shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, PG Performance may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience under most circumstances, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.


Special Order Products

Some of our products are available by special order only. In this case, we will email you an estimated time of arrival and require a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the product(s). If your order does not arrive within the allotted time frame, and it has not yet been shipped, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund of your deposit. If the product has shipped or if you cancel your order before the allotted time frame there will be a non-refundable restocking fee that will be deducted from the deposit.



We make every attempt to ship your products as soon as possible, however due to fluctuating volumes of mail orders, your order may take up to 48 hours to be processed. Shipping delivery times are dependent on origin of product.  In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days, not in stock items will take between 2 - 3 weeks, and items shipping from Germany may take up to 4 - 5 weeks. Please email for any inquires regarding delivery times. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as the product is shipped out.        


Returns and Exchanges

PG Performance only accepts returns within 30 days from the time the order was shipped. All returns must have written authorization by a member of the Customer Service Department. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. No exceptions. PG Performance may provide a store credit in lieu of a payment refund by mutual agreement with the customer. Any shipments returned to PG Performance as refused or non-deliverable will be assessed a handling fee and processed according to our standard return policy. No returns will be accepted for special order items. All electronic parts, parts specifically coded for your vehicle and OEM body panel parts are not returnable. All parts considered for return must be in new condition and can not have been installed. All parts must be returned with original packaging, including any identifying stickers, manuals or manufacturer information. Returns on international orders may be subject to additional charges for shipping, handling, duties, fees and taxes. Any parts returned due to product application or shipping errors, product warranty or damage claims will be considered on a case by case basis.

Before any product is returned, contact PG Performance by email or phone for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). After receiving your RMA instructions product should be sent to:

Your RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing.  Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product, delay of your refund or refusal of package at delivery.

Free Shipping Products

PG Performance will cover all shipping costs to the customer on any products that offer Free Shipping. If a customer chooses to return an item that was shipped to them for free or cancel their order after their item(s) have been shipped, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover this shipping cost. Once the Customer Service Department authorizes the return and the returned part(s) have been inspected by PG Performance for any damages or usage, the customer is entitled to a full refund on the part(s) minus the cost of shipping to the customer as well as the shipping costs back to PG Performance.


Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment

If you receive an item damaged, notify PG Performance within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number that the customer obtains from your carrier provider. You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call PG Performance for immediate part replacement. Shortage item claims MUST be made within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. PG Performance will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 5 working day allowable limit.

** Important ** You must retain all packing materials and products in the condition your received them in order for the courier to assess your damages / shortages.



We support warranties offered by the product's manufacturer. Please note that warranties never include reimbursement for labor time, inconvenience, damage to other components, or shipping costs. Warranties are only offered to the original purchaser of the product or service. If you have any warranty concerns about a product please ask your sales representative before ordering. Any item being exchanged because of the factory warranty will be taken care of at no extra cost to the customer.

We cannot offer a warranty on the following items: electrical products of any kind, carburetors, misused products, used products, sale/discounted products, fiberglass products, products that have been installed, used products, special order products, and products not installed by a qualified service facility.



It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased from PG Performance comply with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. PG Performance shall not be liable for any reason for any costs or damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells. By placing an order with PG Performance, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
